About Reily: 

Reily Chestnut is a play-by-play broadcaster who is currently the Voice of the Western Kentucky University Lady Toppers ' volleyball and women's basketball in CUSA. Reily has also called various broadcasts for WKU athletics on ESPN+ and the varsity network outside of his main duties. He is also a graduate from Texas State University in electronic media and Belmont University with a master's in sport administration.

 

At Belmont, he was on ESPN and iHeartRadio for Bruins' softball and soccer as their lead announcer. Before that, he spent the 2021 summer calling Wenatchee AppleSox baseball in the West Coast League.

After Texas State, he worked for Hub City Radio calling HS football & basketball games at Redfield HS and other area schools in NE South Dakota as a full-time on-air personality. During his undergrad, Reily worked for TXST's radio station, KTSW-FM 89.9. 

 

Over two and a half years at KTSW, he called play-by-play for Bobcat baseball, softball, volleyball, women's basketball & women's soccer on radio and online.  He also provided color commentary for Texas State men's basketball on Learfield-IMG College and produced Texas State football games. Additionally, he spent his last year as the station's sports director with oversight over 20 different student workers.

2019 Texas Intercollegiate Press Association Award Winner for "Best Sports Live Audio" after calling Texas State volleyball's 1st NCAA tournament win.
